MILHaven is approximately 350m to the beach and just a short distance to the tram station. Shops and restaurants are located just below the building which can be access via the elevator at the far end of the Lagoon pool. Facilities such as the Lagoon pool, indoor heated swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna are all located on the 5th floor; the same floor as the unit so you can just walk out of the door and most of the facilities are easily accessible. Note however, that the facilities close at 9pm and so you can expect quite a bit of noise prior to this time. You can minimize it however, by closing all the doors and windows and closing the bathroom door. If you’re noise sensitive, we suggest bringing some earplugs. We have Wi-Fi and Netflix using Chromecast. Unfortunately, television is only provided in the living room. Central Aircon/Heater can be used and manage using 1 control panel on the wall. Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, sandwich presser, oven and cooktop are all available in the kitchen to assist those who prefer to make home prepared and cooked foods. While a washing machine and dryer are available if you would like to do some washing before heading on. Basic necessities like dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sugar, coffee, tea, salt & pepper etc., are all supplied in the property, so you don’t need to worry about these things.
